Caste panchayat strips, thrashes woman, lover


JAIPUR: A married woman and her paramour were tied to a tree, stripped half-naked and severely beaten up for nearly three hours before a crowd of 1,000 people under orders of a caste panchayat at Sarada area in Udaipur district on Sunday. The two were 'punished' for having illicit relations, said sources.


The Animals and Barbarians are taking over the country and spine less State and Central Governments watch this happening under their noses shamelessly.
It is like the constitution being stripped and flogged under the public view. The impotent Police mingle with the crowd to watch the strip with glee and smugness befitting the lowest of the lows. Every day these incidents have stripped the dignity and honour of the citizens tearing their faith in law and orders to shreds.
Rajasthan.Hariyana,Punjab,.Bihar, U.P..and Delhi  are states which seem to have officially sanctioned these shameful and debasing acts.Judiciary is mum. Top leaders of the U.P.A. have lost their tongues. Country these keepers of the Nation are celebrating the victory of the Presidential nominee. Country is being humiliated and Neros are fiddling. How much more are they going to test the patience of the people. Any Central Government will resign instantly under the circumstances. But our Government seems to thrive in muck and shame less acts......and we are watching the country going down the drain - lock stock and barrel..

The Panchayats are Talibanised. State Governments support them. Their Barbaric acts are termed as justice. The morality is treated as trash. The common man is not safe even in his own home.
Police force acts as a goon-force. Those seeking protection are laughed at and women are raped in Police Stations. Ministers represent crime in a big way...FIRs are not registered. C0prruption has eroded the fabric of their morality and self respect..
This has made us a Nation  ruled by  debauches and Vulgar heads of States.
Everyday we fall deeper into the muck.
The women  who  were worshipped and honoured have become commodities of sale and barter. Mothers, Sisters, Wives keep running to find a shelter from being the prey of these vulgar animals.
Jungle Raj prevails and there seem to be no end to the sufferings and humiliation inflicted upon those who love ...or even take a walk in the garden with members of opposite sex. Their dcreams go inheard..Nero keeps on fiddling merrily...

Every morning I wake to the world around me getting alittle more darker. I am afraid to pick up the morning news paper ......afraid to discover fading of hopes and traces of optimism, foolishly nurtured over a period of time......When you suddenly find the front page informing you that 33% of the country's M.L.Ac ans M.Ps are facing Criminal cases for heinous crimes like Rapes,Murders,Attempts to murder,Kidnapping,dacoity,theft a cold shiver runs down your spine.

The percentage of tainted votes 70% in Jharkhand,58% in Bihar and 51% in Maharashtra tell their own tale. Rajas and Kalmadis are waiting in the wings for being absolved for their proven guilt...and they will walk free...

These public servants elected by us are repaying their gratutude to you in their own ways.
They will be a part of the Government and decide about the governance of the country, making laws, deciding economical policies,education system,and health care.

In a day we are given the emerging picture of what direction the country is taking .......

In a rehabilitation centre for the orphans and unfortunates the inmates are raped every day by the outsiders for years and the authorities never hear their cries for help The people running such houses do not belong to the human race - they belong to the category of animals.

Then another news hammers in- The village Panchayat just 50 kms from the Capital has passed a diktat the no woman under 40 years will go to the market place and will not use cell phones and will have her head covered. This panchayat also passed a diktat agains love marriage and such act will result in total boycott of the couple and they will be kept out of the village.

The daily reported atrocities against the girls and women fill the columns of news papers and media.

The state is slipping in the Barbarian State. Every issue of national importance is twisted on the basis of caste, religion,language, and deprives the majority of its people getting good education, proper jobs and lively hood. The brilliant minds have no doors open to them...till the favourites are awarded how ever unqualified or under qualified they may be.

Presently the country has reached such pathetic state can be attributed to rogue elements who have taken the control of the country by their muscle and money power,And the regime has no guts to oppose them of fight them as they themselves are responsible to create such Bhasmasur...

It is up to people who are the victims to wage a collective fight against the mis-rule and the people who are responsible for it-----

There is no alternative....Better to fight and be killed than to decay and fade.

FOREST LAND IN MUMBAI

UNFORTUNATE THAT THE STATE GOVERNMENT HAS NOT COME TO THE RESCUE OF THOUSANDS OF FLAT OWNERS VICTIMISED BY CORRUPTION, INEFFICIENCY AND GREED OF ITS OWN DEPARTMENT. SINCE 1956 WHEN THE FOREST LAND NOTIFICATION WAS RECEIVED BY IT, THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT COMTINUED TO ALLOW THE PROPERTIES TO BE DEVELOPED BY THE BULDERS AND ALL NECESSARY PERMISSIONS FOR WATER AND ELECTRICITY CONNECTIONS AND NOCS WERE ISSUED AND THE PROPERTIES REGISTERED AND STAMP DUTIES COLLECTED. AFTER MORE THAN 50 YEARS SOME ONE HAS COME UP WITH THE CONCERN OF ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THESE RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES AND HAS APPEALED FOR REMOVAL OF THE SAME TO SAVE THE CITY, REGARDLESS OF THE FATE OF THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF THE MIDDLE CLASS RESIDENTS WHO HAVE INVESTED THEIR LIFE'S SAVINGS IN ACQUIRING A ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD. AND HOW WILL IT SAVE THE CITY? CAN THE FOREST BE RECREATED ON THE DEBRIES OF THE RAZED STRUCTURES AND HILLS REDEVELOPED TO MAKE THE CITY'S ENVIRONMENT NATURE FRIENDLY? THE FOOLISHNESS DOES NOT END HERE..RECENTLY THE GOVERNMENT IT SELF HAS PROPOSED TO DEFOREST THE FORESTS IN PANVEL/NAVI MUMBAI FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL AITPORT. IRONICALLY THE SUPREME COURT HAS UPHELD THE ILLEGALITY OF SUCH HOMES AND DESIRES THESE TO BE DEMOLISHED. THE SUPREME POWER DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE APPLIED ITS HEAD TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLY OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT AND INNOCENCE OF THE HAPLESS RESIDENTS. NO WORD HAS BEEN UTTERRED TO BRING TO THE BOOKS THE UNSCUPLOUS OFFICIALS/DEPARTMENTS WHO IN THE FIRST PLACE ALLOWED THIS SO CALLED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY TO FLOURISH WITH CONSIDERATION. THE CHIEF MINISTER WHO HAD ASSURED TO SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT PLEADING INNOCENCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL FLAT OWNERS AND ADMIT THE FOLLY OF THE OFFICIALS CONCERNED,SUDDELY DEVELOPED COLD FEET AND DID NOT DO SO AT THE LAST MOMENT. IDONT KNOW WHETHER MY WRIRING THIS WILL SERVE ANY PURPOSE BUT AS THEY SAY YOU NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU TRY. MAY WE GATHER A FORCE TO CHALLENGE THIS MISDEED AND ENSURE THAT FOOLISH ISSUE LIKE THIS IS SHELVED ONCE FOR ALL? FOR THAT WE HAVE TO COME UNDER ONE FORUM AND ALL AFFECTED RESIDENTS AND ALL DECENT AND CONCERNED CITIZENS MAY COME FORWARD TO TAKE APPROPRIATE DECISIONS AND CONSEQUENT ACTION. PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINION/VIEWS/SUGGESTIONS AND INFORMATION THAT YOU FIND RELEVANT AND NEW IN THIS REGARD.
